Tina was so outstanding in selling my home and helping me buy a condo .After 27 years it was a very hard decision but with Tina’s help every thing went very smoothly. Her communication with me was over and above my expectations. The photos and brochure of my home was just beautiful. I will always be grateful for all the help and advise she gave me.

100% recommend !!!! We have worked with many realtors in the past for multiple rental houses and real estate purchases. Tina was incredibly professional, knowledgeable about the Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods, and most importantly VERY timely and efficient in her communication. We received daily follow up and notes, organized property visit schedules, and lots of good advice on each home visit. It didn’t take long to find exactly what we were looking for and negotiations were smooth and painless. Thank you again, Tina!!! You are the BEST in South Florida for buying and selling !!!!

Couldn’t be a better realtor out there. So patient and worked so hard to help us move to this new state. Went above and beyond for us when we just needed a rental to move down and start a new role with my company. I would expect this treatment if I was buying a 3 million dollar beach front home but not an old small rental to help us get on our feet! Wonderful experience will never use another for as long as I am here! Then we wanted to buy our first home and she was there to walk us thru the entire process, connect us with lenders, meet the inspection guy on-site when work prevented me from being able to attend, and COUNTLESS other moments or priceless service. Could not recommend anyone any more than this!

We worked with Tina twice, once to find our home, and again a few years later to sell it when we had to move out of state. Working with Tina was a fantastic experience. She was attuned to our needs and tirelessly worked to get us to every house we wanted to see. She was timely with the administrative aspects, contacts and making sure all paperwork done exactly when it needed to be, which was so key to getting the home we wanted at the price we needed. She has really nailed down the perfect approach of friendly and attentive without being overbearing. She was the first person we turned to when it came time to sell, and that experience was just as good.

Tina helped me sell my house in Oct. When she came over initially to talk about what to expect from the sale I never expected what she said to be the exact amount we ended up getting. Not only did she go over and above helping me through the process, she was always available for any questions and concerns. I would and have recommended Tina to anyone selling or buying a home. Thank you Tina!

Tina is an amazing real estate agent, but she’s so much more than just a realtor. She’s the resident expert on buying and selling property and all facets of the process. We had numerous hurdles with our 1031 Exchange. Tina’s unwavering dedication to us, her clients, was above reproach and made this sale possible. Tina didn’t always have the answer, but she knew where to find them and fast. Even when she was on vacation, she was in constant communication with us and made us feel like VIP’s always. Regardless of the situation, Tina was always ready, willing and able to help us with a smile. Her positive attitude made our home buying experience less stressful. Thank you again, Paul & Claudia

I finally close, and to tell you the truth it was not easy especially when it is not a buyer market, but we made it and all thanks to Tina Cappiello. She is motivated and dedicated in her service. Always present at every appointment and actively staying in communication with me in every step. I recommend her 100%. I have no words to describe my experience and my appreciation for her services. I am thankful and grateful for the referral that link me to her and hope you have the same experience.

Tina made the whole process so easy & fast, I can't believe how quickly it all went! She always got back to me really quick to answer whatever question I happened to have. On top of that, she's really friendly & organized. Tina keeps you updated & guides you through your next steps. An absolutely lovely & professional individual. If I ever decide to move from my new home, then hands down I would call Tina.

Working with Tina was a great experience. She is very professional and knows how important it is to find “just the right” home for her clients. She was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She spent endless weekends with us to find a place we can call home. We just closed on our property this week Wednesday which was very exciting but the first thing I thought was “OMG we are not going to see Tina anymore”. I didn’t just meet a realtor I will refer to everyone. I made a friend. Thank you so much! Maria and Loraine
